The Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A link is therefore no longer possible.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board pursuant to Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
